GENERAL CONDITIONS
The
beneficial owner's)
confirm :
a )
that having
made all reasonable enquiries, the information supplied is, to the best of
my knowledge and belief, accurate in all material respects and does not
exclude any information which might be considered relevant
b.) where the
applicant is a corporation, to the best of our knowledge, its financial
position shown in the audited accounts and/or other financial statements
submitted with this Application or in support of it, has not materially
changed since the date thereof except to the extent (if any) disclosed in
the Application;
c.) that we understand the
conditions and price list for the constitution and the renewal annexed
and that we agree to these price list and conditions; that we
understand that the annual fees can increase every
five year for a minimum of 5% following a mutual agreement
d.) that the company will comply with the laws in Seychelles and
with the law of the jurisdiction where the business will be carried in
particular will not undertake any licensable activities anywhere without the
appropriate authorization;

that we understand to meet our obligations to Cτte d'Azur-Mahe

g.) that the company which wants to change of registered agent will be obliged to give a notice of two months
before the normal date of renewal and pay pay the fees for change at SIBA (

when the company isn't in good standing;

shall not
carry on any business of banking, insurance or reinsurance without an
appropriate licence;
